Each client receives a Daily Dosage "Check" Chart for each Stage of the Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan. The Dosage chart outlines more exact times that supplements are taken revolving around before or after meal times.

They take the guess work out of when to take the supplements that tested positively for you. The dosage charts are also a mini-Reading.

If a Stage is for example 30 days long, there is normally only one Daily Dosage Chart given for the Stage.

The Daily Dosage Charts help you focus better. When followed correctly, they guarantee your results.

With the purchase of a BASIC Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan (VRSP), you receive 5 hours Healing Coaching Hours!

Hanna Kroeger Healer normally charges $80/hour for any Additional Healing Coaching that may be needed during the progress of a Vibrational Reading.

We bill by the minute if additional time is needed.

Healing Coaching Hours included are used up when the Daily Dosage Charts are created. The first Daily Dosage Check chart usually takes about 1 hour depending on the complexity of supplement intake.

When you book a Client Intake Appointment to proceed to a Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan, you can book an 1 Hour appointment at a time to discuss whatever Health Concerns and Goals you may have. When you’ve paid for the VRSP, I’ll give you a link and recommend you book a time slot in my daily schedule.

A 2 Hour Client Intake Time appointmetn is already included in the cost! I take a history, including some medical information, your symptoms, what you would like to get out of the Vibrational Reading and get to know you better. Hanna Kroeger Healer calls this the Client Intake Appointment.

The VRSP usually takes 2-3 business days of time to complete. Proprietary database software is used to track the exact supplements needed, and print out the Stage by Stage Plan.

After the Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan is completed and entered into the database, I will email you the results in pdf format. I may explain to you what showed up, and why, in an email.

You can also go over what supplements are needed and perhaps why in another telephone appointment.

During the time when I am receiving the Vibrational Reading, I also listen psychically (for you) to pick up on anything you raised during the Client Intake Appointment, and to receive any Additional Health Information for you.

Later, when we speak during any Vibrational Reading Results discussion, I may need to give you some additional information or ask you some additional questions to clarify some information I have received for you. All exchange of information can also be done via email too.

As we move along in starting to work together to improve your health you will likely get more and more information about what else you will need to do and what if anything you may need to avoid.

Another Service Hanna Kroeger Healer offers is a comprehensive Food Choices List.

The Food Choices or Avoidance List is usually an evolving list of foods that can be eaten or need to be avoided by the client for some time.

It is set up and then at some point in future time, for example, 4-8 weeks later it is revised.

The Food Choices or Avoidance List is sometimes needed for clients who are Candida Infection Clients, for other people who need to avoid or rotate certain foods due to Food Intolerances, or for people who have been eating foods contraindicated against their Blood Type, and need a “reboot”, so to speak to give their body a rest from certain foods they have been eating too much of.

The time it takes to find the Foods that test positive on the first round of a Food Choices list is usually 1-2 hours.  It’s all a matter of dowsing each food or food group in a master list.

A Client may have certain goals in regards to what they want out of the Food Choices List, and we listen to that as well.

The Master List of foods is in categories (e.g. vegetables, meats, dairy, fruits, etc), and is contained in an Excel Spreadsheet.

Not all clients need one. And not all clients would need one right at the beginning either. But some do.

It all depends on whether the Food Choices List is needed or not and how it would fit into the Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan.

For some people with a lot of "food issues", or "food intolerance’s", or "food sensitivities" a Food Choices list is what will get them better faster. It will optimize the stomach acid for digesting foods quickly and reducing toxicity!

Another reason that some people need a food choices list is because their body needs a "reboot". Like when your computer crashes, and you need to reboot the whole computer!

For other people, rotating foods in some logical fashion helps their body get unstuck from the contributing factor of food to the illness they are in and move forward.

Once the body is without foods that "annoy" it, for a certain length of time, it begins to heal much faster.

For people who have done food elimination, and not succeeding in getting better, the Food Choices list we provide will surpass anything you have used before.

This only works in combination with the herbal supplements we use in the VRSP.

Sometimes the Food Choices List finds foods which you have been eating too much of which you need to eliminate for a while.

The Food Choices List is based on the Blood Type Diet, by Dr. D’Adamo, but it is often much more detailed about what you can and cannot eat.

Some people with a Candida Infection that is long-standing will need a Food Choices List included at some point in their Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan while the Supplement intake works.

Eventually the Food Choices List would arrive at a "life-long" diet plan that would suit the client for Vibrant and Sustainable Health.

You would be amazed at the particular information that could be gained from a Food Choices List, from the choices of Green Teas, regular Teas, and Chocolates (sometimes) all the way to Nuts, Seeds, Meat, Fish, Veggies, Fruits, and even the spices that you consume or use on your food!

It is all about gaining better health as soon as possible.

The two food items which need testing to ensure success are at the least,

• The Water you drink on a daily basis
• The Salt you consume with meals.

Here’s why: It was Dr. Norman Walker who originally said, "Water Can Undermine Your Health."

A lot of people are drinking the wrong kind of water, vibrationally, with the wrong minerals (usually lack of), the wrong ph, and also incorrect surface tension.

So, the correct water needs to chosen, and needs to be locally sourced.

Onto Salt.

A lot of people are ingesting Celtic Salt, and that is pretty good. But the principles of Vibrational Resonance say that it has to resonate properly for your body, and Celtic Salt does not test on everyone, just as everyone’s genetics are different. There are other salts to test besides Celtic Sea Salt

The Salts that are tested are usually Himalayan, Celtic, and Real Salt sourced from Utah. These salts all contain one thing in common: they contain trace minerals which ordinarily Table Salt: Sodium Chloride does not.

If you feel that you need more Iodine than these salts would provide nutritionally, then please let us know in the Client Intake.

You will be given specific instructions as to the brand you could ingest, as well as whether you need or would do better with the Coarse, Fine, etc.

Keep in mind that these salts usually do not contain iodine, a mineral needed for the thyroid gland, so adequate nutrition of this mineral from alternate sources, would be a wise.

The consumption of some salt mixtures, or spice blends containing salt could be tested as well. Included in these are salt mixtures containing kelp, a seaweed which contains iodine mentioned above. Sometimes a small amount of Trace Mineral Solution can be advised to be added to water such as ConcenTrace® Mineral Drops from Trace Mineral Research to provide ionic trace mineral supplementation.

The principle of vibrational resonance is long-term testing of a food substance or water for your health, and if some salt or spice mixture containing salt does not test highly resonant for you then you would degrade your health by using it! So, the highest resonance product is used.

Most of the formulas come in capsule form, and also in a liquid form called a CX Extract. There are also specific Chinese 5 Element formulas based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) as well.

You will likely take supplements several times a day, morning, before, after lunch, and evening. You will be given specific instructions in the Daily Dosage Check Chart.

The VRSP may also indicate you need to take a supplement formula 3 times a day for a short period for the most effective and quick Healing.

It is entirely up the VRSP what dosage and frequency are necessary. You will get what is needed and what will work.

Sometimes, you may need to take the same supplement formula for several months during the Vibrational Reading. Technically this is called “On Going” because that supplement formula is consistently needed, and therefore it’s OnGoing between other Stages which do separate work.

An OnGoing supplement formula can be used to treat symptoms, to feel better quickly, to support the Stages of the Vibrational Reading, or to go into a deeper, priority in your Healing.

As you may have seen in the VRSP example, A VRSP is always “Staged”. “Staged” means you go through one Stage after another, starting from Stage 1. The Staged nature of a Vibrational Reading is like walking up a staircase to Vibrant Health, one “Step” or “Stage” at a time.

Here are two examples of reasons for “On Going” Healing:

• If you are suffering from sleep difficulties, you probably want to get your sleep improved as soon as possible, whilst the Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan goes deeper into your Healing. So, you may end up taking a formula for your sleep for several months while you take other, different formulas during the day.
   
• If you have some kind of chronic health condition, the Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan will usually point to taking some supplements for 1-2 months while the Healing in a Vibrational Reading works on a gland or organ one after the other in each consecutive Stage:
  • For example, if your nerves bother you consistently, you may need to take a formula for replenishing your nerves, while you strengthen your immune system, and rebuild, and detoxify your body. Or it can be a formula for your Liver/Gallbladder that is your On Going formula.
  • Another very common chronic health condition, is getting up at night to urinate. Are you aware of how many times you get up at night to urinate?
  • A final example is just waking up at different times during the night: 2am, 3am, 4am, even early morning awakening at 5am.

Rest assured, that whatever is best for you, your work ethic, your lifestyle, what is most important to Heal, manageable by you, and cost-effective will be taken into account and show up in the Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan!

First of all, if you get that many supplements per day, rest assured you can manage it and you need it based on what is going on in your body and your goals!

People often come to us, because they want to get unstuck and into better health right away.

This is often true for people who have a Candida Infection.

It may take some time, but you will be able to manage it, and get used to it as well.  A little reading correction to extend the number of days in a Stage because you missed a few dosages may be needed but usually this is not the case.

Even though you are given Daily Dosage Check Charts to help you keep track of taking the supplements, one of the best ways to keep track of taking supplements on a daily and weekly basis is to use pill boxes. These pill boxes contain 4 compartments per day, for 4 different times of the day, and have the ability to hold up to 5 capsules of the typical size used by Systemic Formulas®.  (Most of the Systemic Formulas capsules are of the small size, and some are vegetarian, but most are made from gelatin.)

What is important to mention is that you could be asked to take any one of the 4-5 different supplements several times per day.

It is entirely possible to take a lot of any one formula in one day, especially if you need it. This can be the case for example with a body-wide systemic issue, or organ situated issue where there is free-radical damage occurring.

To be out of that issue and on your way to healing requires the most cost-effective solution to provide the path for later stages to work a lot easier.

That physiological issue would be the priority and the optimal solution for it would be presented in the VRSP.

If you’ve used the Systemic Formulas before and they did not help your body heal a physical condition, there are a few reasons for that.

1. You were taking the wrong formula.

2. You were not taking enough of the formulas you needed to see the results in the least amount of effective time.

3. A 3rd factor I’ve mentioned above is that to see results in a quicker time, you need to be taking 4-5 different supplements throughout the day to rebuild and get unstuck.

Sometimes it is not just a matter of seeing results in a quicker time, but it is actually a necessity to take 4-5 different supplements throughout the day to get results!

There are sometimes two formulas in the Systemic Formulas® line that can be usually be used for one purpose, but it may not be the most optimal to use the most powerful one, or you need an helper formula to get the work done.

For example, lets say that someone has been self-cured of the Borellia Burgdorferi Spirochete, using long-term Vitamin-C therapy, but they still have the BioFilm to remove from the body. They probably have some healing of the stomach lining to accomplish after the Vitamin-C therapy.

If the priority is the BioFilm removal, there are two options, the EnZee™ formula, or the MELA™ formula. Which one to use? And if both are to be used in what combination? The EnZee™ formulas is a powerful formula that can cause intestinal discomfort in some people (it is often used to eradicate a Candida infection quickly). In some people it can be used to remove the Bio Film as long as the DSIR™ formula is used with it. For other people only the MELA™ formula would work, but perhaps a little bit more would be needed. And most people have not done enough rebuilding as well.

The fact of the matter is, that when people have been sick for a long time, that 1 month or 2-3 months of work is not usually enough to guarantee results or feel the results, especially when low dosages of formulas are used when larger amounts are needed, or when a formula is needed more frequently during the day, and more long-term.

Another reason people have not succeed with taking the Systemic Formulas, and which explains further why often 4-5 supplements are needed at one time, is because the additional supplements are needed to keep additional channels of elimination open, and to prevent any symptoms of over-detoxification, often called a “Herxheimer reaction.”  In simple terms additional supplements provide organ support, and further balancing of energetic imbalances and a smooth ride to well-being.

I do not personally have control over the number of months channeled for a client.

The reason is because the VRSP is a channeled, Angel Reading, based mostly on using the Systemic Formulas® and Reverend Hanna Kroeger's supplements, as shown above.

So, if for example, your last Stage would be for Adrenal Healing, and it starts in the 5th month, and the time required for complete healing is 3 months, then you would continue on until 7 months have finished and complete your Healing.

If a person has to go slower, then they will go slower, but get the same value out of the VRSP they chose.

Supplement bottles containing capsules can cost between $22.00 USD for the Thyroid Formula, $29.40 for the Parasite Formulas in capsule form (30 caps each), to $44.10 USD for a Leaky Gut Formula USD  for 60 capsules depending on the targeting formula.

Do you want to use some of your daily or favorite supplements during a VRSP?

You may have a favorite supplement which you may want to use. It may be helping you quite a bit.

This is understandable.

I understand that some people have used supplements for a while, and may not have gotten any results with them.

It is important to test these out for vibrational resonance.

Some people have a cupboard of supplements that did not give them results.

I may test any of your own supplements that you would like to use during the Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan as On Going supplements or used during the first Stage during the Client Intake Appointment. I also may send you a spreadsheet to fill out online with the supplement information. A helpful carefully written spreadsheet of them would be most helpful to carefully test them.

Carefully itemize these extra supplements in a computer spreadsheet with the brand name, name of the supplement, what you are using it for, and an optional but helpful Web Address for the product, or where purchased that would be most helpful and probably save some time. Also include how long you have been taking the supplement as well as how much of it you have taken or taken during the day.

Testing such as this usually takes up to 60 minutes and is included in the BASIC VRSP offer.

In the past clients have suggested some excellent supplements.

I know that in America and Canada there are lots of good supplements!

Remember though, it is not how good a supplement is! It is how well it resonates with you within the Healing of a VRSP.

A supplement can be very expensive but if it is not well balanced... it isn’t likely to be used long-term.

Incidentally the particular Systemic Formulas™ you would test on would always resonate in the high 90’s - almost always.

Experience, however dictates that there are often many supplements which clients would like to take, which test negatively for them, and only a few others which are positive i.e. vibrationally resonant and which need very specific instructions on their use.

A Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan is a very powerful Healing tool. So, while other supplements are useful, only the most useful ones will be resonant with the whole Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan.

I simplify the VRSP as much as possible.

It’s a very good idea to get permission from your medical doctor to start a Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan.

Your medical doctor is there to help you and supervise you, so he or she will certainly want to know and monitor your progress especially if you are taking medications.

These Vibrational Readings can reduce or altogether eliminate the need for any medications, so it’s wise to let your doctor know that you plan on taking supplements to Heal your body.

Also, let me know if you are taking or you have taken any medications over-the-counter either on a regular basis or once-and-a-while.

Please also let me know whether you have seen any specialists.

Even if you are not taking any medications right now, it’s also a good idea to let your doctor know that you are going to be taking some supplements and are planning to do a Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan.

Your medical doctor may have a sense of some medical disease that he or she is not ready to diagnose yet because of inconclusive blood work, blood work that is out of range, or some symptoms that are not pronounced enough.

So, it would be respectful to your doctor to let them know you are taking Natural Health supplements, so if your symptoms disappear, or your blood work radically improves, your doctor will likely be happy and understand why!

A Vibrational Reading may schedule a dental cleaning within it. You may also have or want to schedule a dental cleaning right before beginning a Vibrational Reading. Check this with me.

I will explain why the scheduling of a dental cleaning can be extremely important.

After a dental cleaning, there is always the possibility of an infection, however minor, that could disturb your Healing during a Vibrational Reading Supplement Plan . This disturbance may be a concern and its Healing or prevention may need to be factored into the Vibrational Reading.

You may be a person who is sensitive, or whose immune system requires support before, and/or after a dental cleaning, even unbeknownst to you.

Have you ever made the connection to getting the flu, a bacterial infection, a cold, being temporarily fatigued, being unable to get up in the morning, or requiring more sleep right after dental work?

Dental work, or a dental cleaning can even disturb the meridian energy flow in your body, causing some pain after visiting the dentist, that could be mistaken for more needed dental work. Or some pain in your teeth can be indicating a meridian energy imbalance. Did your Health change for the worse after some dental work?

A VRSP may indicate a Stage of Healing for example with just an anti-bacterial formula after your dental cleaning.
